Our bell staff is happy to hold luggage for our guests, both before you check in and after you check out. However, we cannot hold luggage overnight, even if you are returning to stay at our Central Park hotel. We appreciate your understanding.
The Hilton Garden Inn hotel will only accept personal mail and packages delivered to the hotel for up to 7 days preceding arrival. All unclaimed packages will be returned to the sender after you check out. The hotel does not assume responsibility for packages of guests whose reservations are canceled or not honored. To ensure your package is properly received, stored and delivered, please ensure all items sent to the hotel are addressed to the primary guest whose name is on your hotel reservation. All guest packages are charged a $10 per day/per package fee.
